A method people can understand and challenge

The process separates observed facts, analytical inference and actions controlled by third parties.

01 · Preserve source material

Structured intake

Capture transaction identifiers, wallet addresses, dates, platform communications and the victim narrative without requesting credentials.

02 · Check before interpreting

Data validation

Validate address and transaction formats, timestamps and network context. Record missing information rather than guessing.

03 · Separate fact from inference

Forensic analysis

Map observed fund flows, label confidence, document sources and avoid presenting cluster or service exposure as proof of identity.

04 · Apply human judgement

Analyst review

Review material findings, limitations and redactions before any report or referral leaves the system.

05 · Use legitimate channels

Responsible escalation

Organise evidence for exchanges, counsel or law enforcement without claiming authority over their decisions.

06 · Keep unresolved leads visible

Ongoing monitoring

Where appropriate and authorised, monitor public wallet activity and record later observations.
